And if that company cooks amazing fish curry for you, it’s the best kind of Sunday 😃🍂🍷✨ - Goan Style Pompano Fish curry cooked by our friend! - Mutton Curry & Baked Tandoori Cauliflower by Mom - Achari Baingan & Prawn Malai Curry cooked by yours truly ;-) It feels nice to be back to cooking after more than 3 months of being fed by family :-)Linguine with Shrimp & Mussels in a light tomato white wine sauce was the highlight of my dinner at Eataly. Al Dente Linguine, super fresh Mussels, shrimps cooked just the right amount, a light tomato sauce which wasn’t too acidic, and the wine which made it all come together. Garnished lightly with fresh parsley, some parmesan and my personal preference of a dash of chilli flakes for a little heat. I loved the use of fresh ingredients and that’s exactly how A good pasta should be. Few but fresh ingredients! The Burrata was also very fresh, with a coarse basil pesto and some sweet peppers on the side. Our server recommended the Borgogno Barolo 2015 and I loved it! If you like a medium bodied wine with robust flavour & medium acidity, this one was perfect! I realised it probably wasn’t the perfect wine for pairing with seafood, but I enjoyed it a lot nevertheless.! This one is going in my favourite list! 😀
